All the products in the store are made and prepared one by one and are ready for shipment just like if we were at the counter of a store!
Each package is wrapped with a cotton cloth bag so that the clothes do not get damaged on the trip, and we put it in a kraft box with protection before sending it!

We wrap and ship every business day between 9:00 a.m. and 15h. If you are urgent or want a special shipment, contact us before making the purchase and we will surely find a solution to suit you.

The shipment may take between 3 and 5 days depending on the destination of the package and the courier company. We usually use certified mail so that if you are not at home when you arrive they will leave a message for you to pick them up at the nearest office.
