Custom and personalized orders

We can offer personalized orders! Many of our customers have requested personalized gift boxes and we offer gift messages for free! If you would like a custom formulation, you can message us and we can let you know if it is possible.

We try our best to be as transparent as possible with the sizes of our products and gift boxes by including other items for reference, dimensions/information in the description, or including pictures of the item in our hand. If you ever have a question about how big a product is, you can always message us!

For some of our products we include an instructions card with the product. Descriptions for each item will usually have these same instructions as well. If you have a question about how to use a product, message us!

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package each order with care and also offer gift wrapping at a charge. This may vary from order to order depending on what products you buy and available supplies.

Wholesale availability

We offer wholesale on certain items such as our all natural bath salts and lip scrubs. We are currently working on adding to that list but if something in our shop catches your eye, feel free to message us and we can provide you with a price sheet.

Can I order certain items in the summer?

Items like lotion bars and whipped soaps are available in the summer. However, very high temperatures may alter the texture or melt these products so we advise that if you order such items in the summer or during hotter temperatures, that you do so knowing the item may be affected slightly before it reaches you. It is your responsibility to bring in your package as soon as it is delivered and place in a cool area immediately. If you have questions, you may certainly message us before ordering!

I'm allergic to certain things, are these products safe?

We are very transparent with our ingredients and list them in the description of each product along with their benefits. Some of our products do contain aloe and nut products so make sure you read our full ingredients list if you have concerns.
