My order processing time is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The processing time does not include the time it takes for order(s) to arrive once it’s shipped. See below for shipping time.

I SHIP ON MONDAYS ONLY!

ALL ORDERS MADE THROUGH MONDAY TO SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY or Tuesday, if Monday is a Canadian holiday. If you need your order to be shipped within 1-2 business days please purchase Rush My Order listing.

I CANNOT guarantee shipping and delivery times, unless you select an upgraded shipping option. Refunds will not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event date. I recommend placing an order well in advance to your upcoming event date.

On average, these are estimated shipping and delivery times based on the post office’s suggested timeline, but NOT guaranteed:

CANADA: 3 - 8 business days
USA: 5 - 7 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 14 - 22 business days

All Canadian orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post using Standard Air Mail. This does NOT come with a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery date. I highly recommend purchasing a tracking number which is available upon checkout.

US and International customers are responsible for any custom/duty or additional taxes required by your particular country.
