This listing is for the PDF pattern only. This pattern supplies the written instructions for creating the Use What You Got Yarn Keeper using crochet. The finished project should be large enough to hold a Mandala -sized yarn cake. It can be used to hold either yarn cakes or balls of yarn. This pattern can be used to make a yarn keeper with or without handles. The pattern calls for a small amount of yarn, making it a great use for scraps and a leftover skein of yarn. This project uses worsted weight yarn and a 5 mm crochet hook.

I just bought this pattern and haven't had time to make it yet. I did read it over and the directions are very clear and easy to understand. There are also photos included to show how the complicated part is done. Can't wait to make it.
