To measure the length you can put your feet on a white piece of paper.
Now, make a note of the length by measuring from the tip of the heel to your longest toe – remember the big toe is always not the longest.
The length can vary between 1 and 2 mm.

They tend to be true to size, but you can also go bigger up one size if your foot is a litle wider.

REFUNDS - RETURNS

Custom, made to order, and Items on sale can't be returned because of the nature of these items , unless they're arrive damaged or defective.
If they arrive damaged or defective, we'll gladly refund them so long as you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. The product needs to be in its authentic, unworn condition so as to be refunded.
if you have to ship the product back to us, please use registered ordinary mail, not courier service.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
We issue the refund after we receive the sandals back.
