Please check, and then double check your size, monogram, fabric choices and etc. before you complete your purchase. If you do not provide me with the information I need to process your order, I will contact you but it may delay your shipping date.

When leaving your information for a monogram, I like it when you send me the complete name. Example: Sonia Carter Hawkins. I normally do a monogram first, LAST, middle initial. If you send me initials, I will monogram them in the order you send them.

There ARE monogram options for little boys. Message me and I can send you monogram style mock-ups.

Because of the custom, handmade, personalized nature of my work, I do not offer refunds (with one exception). If I make a mistake on your personalization, I will replace your item. I am human and accidents happen, but I work very hard to do it right the first time! If I don't, I will make it right!

Please allow me 24 hours to respond to messages. With that being said, I check my messages often & have a very speedy response time!

I ship via USPS.

I am not responsible for your item once I leave your package with my Post Master. You can track your order after it has shipped. If your package shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, I want to know, but, you must speak to your Post Master. Your Post Office can use GPS to show where your package was scanned when it was delivered. To date, this has happened to me on one occasion. The missing package was delivered to the building manager instead of to the mail room...it was human error, a mix-up, and the package turned up.

Shipping is crazy mess during the 2-3 weeks before Christmas. Please keep this in mind when placing an order in December. Even when USPS tells me that something is a 2 day delivery, around Christmas, it may take 5 or 6 days. I cannot be held responsible if your package is delivered late. I can offer expedited shipping options if you message me before you purchase, but I personally have had items delivered late from USPS and UPS after paying for expedited shipping and there is no recourse if it is late.

Try to order early if you have a gifting deadline. :)
