Item seems nice, glass is quite thin but arrived all in good condition. It was very well packaged to limit the risk of damage also, which I was impressed with. Communication and item delivery time was the biggest issue. I completely understand custom items can take a while sometimes but this took nearly a month and I messaged the seller on two separate occasions(with a reasonable gap between messages) just to check progress, just so I could let the person it was an intended gift for know. On the first instance I received no reply and the second instance there was about a 3 day delay to which I then got a reply to say it was going in the next days post. The lack of acknowledgment and lack of just a quick message leaves me uneasy. I personally wouldn’t use this seller again.

Delivery takes a while, but it came within the expected time frame. Very happy!
