One handmade ceramic table-top planter. These little planters are perfect for tables, desks, bookshelves, ...wherever you want to put stuff... With the attached drain tray, it is safe to use indoors. Each little pot has two drain holes in the bottom to allow water to drain into the attached plate so your plant's roots do not drown.
Approximate Sizes (each one is a little different):
Small: 3.5" tall and 4.5" wide
Large: 4.5" tall and 5.5" wide

All of my pottery is made from stoneware clay and fired to cone 6, making them highly durable. I threw this piece by hand on my electric potters wheel in my home studio. It was then dried, fired in my electric kiln, glazed, and then fired once more. As all of these pieces are hand-made they are not identical! There are different lines on the clay from my fingers and variations in the glaze, which are unpredictable but just make the pieces more fun to turn in your hands and admire. :)

I use commercial glazes on all of my pottery, making the pieces food-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe. No special handling required! The only thing to avoid with all ceramic or glassware is moving the pieces from one extreme temperature to another, such as moving a casserole dish from the fridge to a pre-heated oven. This thermal-shock can cause items to crack, so please take the time to allow things to warm up or cool down slowly.
