Custom Name Reptile Lead/Leash/Harness

Majority of products are sent tracked and/or signed via Royal Mail. This includes international orders and is reflected within the delivery price. I apologise for the high cost of international shipping, however this is what it costs me from the UK Mail services.

Items that do not come with tracking as standard:

UK: stickers, bracelets,

INTERNATIONAL: stickers, bracelets

If you would like tracking for an item, you can select this on the majority of items as a shipping upgrade. If you’re having an issues with this, please feel free to contact me.

Please note: if you are outside the UK, you may incur additional customs charges before your postal system will allow you to receive your order. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be paid for by myself or reimbursed. The fee and any handling charges are set by each individual country, not by myself, and I do not receive any of this. Please check your countries rules before ordering.

In the event of non arrival of items:
If the item is untracked, I will need to wait the shipping carriers specified length of time before I can make a claim. This means I will not be able to refund you instantly if you say the item has not arrived.
For the uk, this is 10 working days after the item should have been delivered, 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World. Due delivery date is up to 7 working days after dispatch depending on where in the world you are. Working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays, or national holidays.

In the event your item has tracking and it says delivered but you believe you have not got it:
Please check with any neighbours and your local mail office to see if they have it. If it still cannot be located, please file a police report for stolen mail and contact me with the report number so I can file a claim with the shipping company.

If you do not receive your order and it is returned to me, as the buyer you will be responsible for paying the new shipping cost to resend it.

Shipping regulations:
Due to changes in rules on inport and export I can no longer ship to the following countries:
Germany. Any orders that are to be shipped to these countries, regardless of where the original purchaser is based, will be cancelled and refunded.
