Can I have a different size of letters/characters stitched onto my journal cover?

Yes you can. Just let me know how big you'd like them in the notes to seller section at checkout or by convo. The 3 sizes I offer are: Small-1.5cm high Medium-2.5cm high Large-3.5cm high.

I have selected the monogram add on for my order, how and where do I let you know which initials I want?

If you have selected the option to add monogram initials to your order then all you need to do is add your item to your cart, proceed to the checkout page where you will see a text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' and you can write the initials in that box and it will be added to your order information.

I want to add monogram initials to my journal but the listing doesn't show the option to add a monogram, how do I add monogram letters to my order?

If the listing you are purchasing does not show a monogram add on option, then all you need to do is add that item to your cart then click on the 'Add monogram or more letters stitched onto your cover' link within that item listing and you will be directed to the monogram add on listing that you can add onto your order. Simpy select the number of letters required, add to cart and proceed to checkout where you can review your order and let me know what the initials are in the text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' .

I have purchased a title page/custom dedication for my journal, how do I let you know what I want printed?

Simply add the title page listing to your cart (or if your listing has the free 1st page print included), proceed to the checkout page where you will see a text box that says 'Add a note to Indigo Artisans' and you can write the message you wish to have printed in that box and it will be added to your order information. You can also let me know if you wish to see a proof 1st.

What are your Christmas order deadlines?

In order to receive your order in plenty of time for Christmas, please note the following LAST ORDER DATES and place your order before this date to give it plenty of time to reach you in time: -UK – Order by Monday 5th December for Standard post deliveries -Order by Monday 12th December for Royal Mail Next Working Day deliveries -USA/EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD – Order by Monday 21st November with standard international tracked shipping - takes 7-14 days on average but can take longer during peak times. -Order by Friday 9th December if you purchase the upgraded DHL Express Shipping and please remember to provide a telephone contact number for your package otherwise the courier will not take it. Will I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Buyers are responsible for paying any and all additional local customs and import fees that may be charged upon arrival of their order. The amount you may be charged will depend on the country you are located in and varies from country to country. Some countries like the USA have a high threshold so there are usually no charges. EU countries post Brexit for example will incur charges. Please check your local government websites for more accurate information about possible charges or drop me an email if you are unsure.

🌸Pros: No leaking Good quality paper Thick paper but not the heavy duty kind of thickness Smudges smoothly+It actually doesn’t smudge a lot,and requires a bit more pressure/and an amount of lead/charcoal before it smudges Can handle Acrylic markers;1-10 layers worth of acrylic once you’ve given each layer an equal time to dry;or it’ll depend on the brand, I use shuttle✌️ 🌸Cons: Does warp and buckle with acrylic markers Will warp and buckle if used for watercolor, but light (very light) watercolor is possible 🌸Cons as an American😔 Since the sketchbook is shipped from the UK, and with the added cost of Trumps Tariffs😒;Shipping was $50.1;and the Item total $19.68;so the total was $71.82;And there is an added cost for shipment via DHL,and the cost may vary depending on where you are in the USA obvi 🌸But overall its a nice sketchbook😚
