CAN I PURCHASE THIS AS A PHYSICAL ITEM?

I have chosen not to offer physical prints at this time. However you are free to print your files in any manner you choose. The benefits to purchasing digital files include: ~ Your Digital File is Reusable and can be shared Online ~ You can choose whether to print at home or have it printed at a local print shop or an online printer. ~ You can print off as many copies as you like, you can use your digital file for more than one purpose. ~ I serve customers all over the world so it makes more sense for them to print at a location closer to them, in order to save on shipping and printing costs. ~ Less concerns of your prints being lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

CAN I PRINT THIS OUT MYSELF?

You may print my designs on your home computer or have it printed for you. When printing at home, I recommend using a high quality heavy weight paper, card stock or high quality photo paper. If you are printing at home, please ensure that your printer produces decent quality prints, that you choose to print on the Highest Quality available on your printer (never choose Draft or Low Quality) and that you use good quality ink and paper. Also please ensure that your ink is not running low or has not been sitting for a long period of time, as this can sometimes produce poor results.

WHERE SHOULD I HAVE MY DIGITAL FILE PRINTED?

There are many options available for printing. For best resuts, I recommend ordering your print from a reputable printer. You can choose to order prints, canvases, posters, metal prints etc. from online print places, take it to a local store (Staples, Walgreens, Office Max, etc.) or print from a photo kiosk at your local grocery store or pharmacy. Once you have downloaded your digital file, simply save it to your computer and order online or save it to a memory stick and take it to a local print shop.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER PURCHASING A DIGITAL FILE FROM YOU?

For those purchasing Custom or Personalized Printables, you can expect to receive a proof for approval thru ETSY MESSAGES from me within 1-3 Business Days, once I have received all the necessary information from you in order to begin working on your Digital File. Once approved, I will send you your completed file and you will be free to print as you wish. For those purchasing Instant Downloads, your files will be available immediately.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE SOMETHING CHANGED FOR MY DIGITAL FILE? DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

I am happy to make changes to existing listings, such as colour, wording etc. so that it is perfect for YOU! I absolutely do offer custom designs, but please contact me prior to ordering (thru Etsy Messages) so I can determine if I can help you with your requests and whether a Custom Fee is necessary or not.

MAY I USE YOUR DESIGNS FOR COMMERCIAL USE?

No you may not use my designs for commercial use. You may use my designs for personal use only. Feel free to print your digital files for yourself, to display online or to give as a gift. Please do not share or resell the digital files.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILES?

Please ensure that you are signed into the Etsy account that you purchased my digital file from and that you are on a computer or laptop when trying to download your files(s). You will find your Printable Digital File(s) on Etsy at You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Next you download your file, and print (or have it printed for you).

WILL YOU SEND ME A PROOF OF MY DESIGN? WHEN WILL YOU SEND IT?

I offer proofs for Custom and Personalized Designs but not for Instant Downloads. I will send a proof for your approval because I want to ensure that you are happy with your design. You can expect to receive a Proof for Approval 1-3 Business Days after purchase and after receiving all the necessary info I need to proceed with your order. Once approved, I will send out your completed files as soon as I am able.

WILL MY INSTANT DOWNLOADS EXPIRE?

Instant Downloads do not expire! You will always be able to locate them on Etsy under~ You~ Purchases and Reviews. But please make sure to back up your Custom Digital Files, as I am unable to keep those for longer than 2 months, due to the large file sizes.

AFTER PURCHASE

You will receive 5 high-resolution .JPG file (300 dpi) (sized at 8.5x11 inches) with a total of 10 different printable pages (that are almost 5x7) for the special child(ren) in your life, that you may print from your home computer or send to a local or online print shop.

Unfortunately, because monitors vary from one to another, I cannot guarantee that the colours showing on your screen will match exactly to mine. The same is true of printers so there could be slight variations in colour. Usually this is not of great concern, however if you are very concerned about matching an exact colour, you could consider using complimentary colours to ensure that you will be pleased with the final print.

Please make sure to back up the digital file that I send you for safe keeping. I will only keep your file for 2 months and will not be able to provide a substitution for lost files after that point.

Due to the digital nature of my listings, I am unable to cancel an order once work has begun or offer exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
