This shipped from Turkey, so it took quite some time. I did have to pay customs in order to get it released. I ordered 3 light fixtures (2 different kinds), and they were all in the same box unlabeled. I wish they each had their own packaging so the pieces were easier to distinguish.

One of the glass shades fell from the ceiling when put up and smashed.To flimsy to hold together I contacted the seller, and she went above and beyond to sort out the ceiling light, sending a replacement quickly and arranged collection of the previous one. The seller was sympathetic and acted quickly to resolve the problem. Thankyou
