Tumblers are heat-sensitive.

Do NOT leave in a hot car
Do NOT place in Freezer
Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped, and I can not be responsible for mishandling.

Use caution; beverages will remain hot for several hours.

Yes! If you are shipping to the same address, you can add multiple listings from our shop to your cart at one time. Please add each listing to your cart to order together for combined shipping automatically calculated at checkout. There is only one "note to seller" box at checkout, including all details for all items in that specific box.

If you are shipping to 2 different locations, you will have to place your orders separately.

USPS can experience shipping delays through holiday periods. Please consider this when ordering. Please remember that USPS is a 3rd party company. Unfortunately, we have no control over their process. We will do our best to monitor all orders, request updates and tracking, and locate lost transit if needed. We do not refund for delivered items, incorrect addresses, items in transit, or items running late. USPS considers a package lost after 30 days. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Please VERIFY the address listed on your Etsy account before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses on file. If the item is returned, you, as a customer, are responsible for reshipping fees. If the item is lost, misdelivered, or delivered to the wrong address due to a wrong address on file, YOU, the customer, are responsible for the reshipping fee. If the item shows delivered, please get in touch with USPS to locate your items and let us know to help in the matter. If your item has been stolen, a police report must be filed for USPS, Etsy, and the insurance on the item. We do not refund for delivered items, incorrect addresses, items in transit, or items running late. We will help to resolve the matter.

We do not offer a rush option. All of our customers are important. Each customer order is made in the order they are received.

We are not accepting custom orders at this time. It is also stated above that we do not accept rush orders. We treat each customer as important as the first. Any order placed with custom changes or rush requests listed in the note to seller will be canceled.

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
