10/10 product and 12/10 customer service! The bag is BEAUTIFUL and my husband LOVES it! The first one we ordered shipped fast, but FedEx decided to keep it at a warehouse in Nashville since December 6th. (according to shipping records, it's still there). This seller helped me find the bag, communicate with FedEx, and opened a case with them from her end as well. Eventually, she ended up sending me another bag. Will definitely buy from this shop again!
