The US and most countries can return for exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days & take to airmail shipper within 7 days of original delivery. If we allow a return after 7 days then a 3%/day rental fee is deducted from credit. Shipping to and fro is paid by buyer. Customs fees aren't collected or refunded by us. Layaways can be returned for store credit minus 20% return fee. Credits aren't applicable to existing layaways, or to Sale or discounted items, & can't be used to pay shipping on exchanges. By patronizing Madrigallery all parties agree this business, its representatives, & transactions are governed only by Pennsylvania law & not the laws in their respective nations or states. And that any legal dispute will be settled in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, City of Reading. Buyer pays return air shipping within 14 days of notice to return, and will receive a refund for any item returned in original condition; deductions made for items showing use or damage. If we must refund original shipping, we would no longer be able to accept future orders from that buyer at any of our shops. Alternatively, any buyer who pays their own shipping costs and opts to return for exchange as allowed by our standard return policy, is welcome to continue to shop with us. No shipping other than Standard is subject to refund.

If buying from outside the US, your government may charge you taxes on your purchases. While your government may require a shipping company to collect tax on delivery, it is not a shipping charge. We have no control over when, or how much, your government may tax its citizens for their international purchases. Vintage and rare, soft and semi thin, faded black, short sleeve T-shirt. Male or Unisex style. If there is no photo posted of the back of the T-shirt it means the back is unprinted. The size, if shown on label, may not represent modern sizing, please go by measurements to ensure best fit (if there's no label photo then there's no label present.) Unstretched, measures 18” flat across chest, length 23.5”. Condition is good with fading and faint discolors, few small (pin to BB size holes) near hem, couple of small (pin to blueberry) size holes in each underarm, image distress, and other age-appropriate wear. LAYAWAY AVAILABLE WITH 20% DEPOSIT.
