We had a few bumps with the initial order, however Toby was SO responsive and on the ball monitoring the order and advising me the next steps to take. We received the second shipment (the first one got lost somewhere), and the rockers are EXCELLENT! We also purchased an oak high chair tray from them to restore the oak high chair from our children for our grandchild (ren-future!)! We recommend them to anyone needing oak items for restoration of keepsakes!
