Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept most custom requests, please contact me if you would like to personalize any of my listings or if you want a custom print, invitation, or decor! Any requests for custom designs, or changes, MUST be made PRIOR to a purchase. I am happy to explore color and graphic changes! We can also look at options to swapping prints for a custom set.

Once ordered and payment processed, please allow 2-3 business days for your invite to arrive in your Etsy conversations (unless otherwise noted). You will be asked to confirm that details are correct and within a business day, your order will be closed. Any changes thereafter, will be subject to a small fee as a new file will need to be created. *Please remember to check your spelling/wording and your conversations, as your replies impact the time it will take to receive the final item.

For customers within the United States, DIY prints can now be printed for you! Please contact me if you wish to have any of my artwork printed for you. All prints come on a velvety, UV protected, photo paper. Canvas is also available! Depending on the size your print, your order may arrive flat or rolled in a sturdy mailer. I do offer some international shipping; however, I am not liable for customs damages/delays. For product issues (damages, etc), please provide me a detailed description of the issue along with pictures so we can troubleshoot with my product supply company. Once the products are shipped out, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Due to COVID-19, there have been few/RARE delays in the mail services.

Please read the description to ensure you are purchasing the appropriate file size for your needs, and contact me before purchase if another size is needed. Many new listings now include multiple sizes but I am always happy to assist with the size you need!

1. DIY at Home: Fresh ink and a heavier (white) cardstock is preferred. You can use standard paper or photo paper (preferrably matte) if your printer is not able to print on cardstock. Please review the file size and your printers ability to print the size purchased. 2. Print Company: You can upload or bring the files into (using a USB) a company/store such as Kinkos, Staples, Walmart, Shutterfly, Etc. I do recomment matte photo paper or card stock for better quality and appearance. 3. I can also print and ship within the US now. Please contact me before purchase if you would like to explore this option :)
