*SVG files - for Silhouette Designer (paid upgrade edition), Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Sure Cuts Alot, Make the Cut, Inkscape, Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, and more.
*DXF files - for Silhouette Studio Basic Edition (not paid edition)
*PNG files - for printing carts, signs, invitations, etc and software programs, apps for your phone or tablet and for iron on transfers (horizontally rotated image). This file don't have white background.
*JPG (JPEG) - for printing like with png files but jpg file have white background
*EPS file - supported by most graphics programs
*PDF file - supported by most graphics programs and printers


There are different types of transfer paper - for fabrics and hard surfaces, for laser and inkjet printers, so check what you need and follow the instructions included with the paper.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
You will receive a zipped folder (to use files you need to unzip it), and in it files in several formats: SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, EPS, PDF and sometimes a text file with information on where to download the font (in files with editable text) .

The design you get is the one that matches the photo on the background with clouds and with watermark. There you also have a preview of whether the file has a background. Do not suggest the title, because sometimes we describe one design in different ways. Most of the files in our store are single designs. If it is a set, or bundle, then such information is in the title / description, and all available designs are shown in the pictures.
