Giclée is the name for the process of making high quality fine art prints from a digital source using high resolution ink-jet printing. The term represents any inkjet based digital print produced to be used as fine art.Images are typically generated from high resolution digital scans or digital camera photographs and printed with archival quality inks onto various paper media including canvas, fine art, and photo papers. The Giclée printing process provides excellent color accuracy because digital profiles are used in the printing process to match the exact qualities of the media being used to produce the print.Giclée prints are created using professional 8-Color to 12-Color wide format ink-jet printers.

Highlights

Designed by EdieFaganArt
Materials: Giclee print, backing board, clear sleeve, sturdy envelope

"Rue de Barres, Paris" (uncropped) is a giclee print of a lovely watercolor painting of one of the most charming streets in Paris. It wanders uphill and is for pedestrians only. We had lunch in a nearby bistro...this was the view out the window!
PLEASE NOTE: I have two versions of this painting - this one is the original painting showing both sides of the street and is a horizontal painting. The other version has the right side cropped so it can be a vertical image. To see it in my Etsy Shop, click here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/517378735/paris-bistro-art-rue-de-barres?ref=listings_manager_grid

FREE USPS shipping with tracking, mounted on backing board with clear sleeve and sturdy cardboard envelope or in a tube mailer.

Signed and numbered giclee prints are printed on archival watercolor paper with archival inks. They look like an original.
My prices are based on a square-inch formula (because that's how I'm charged by my printer), and pretty much any size is possible. Another size would take a few more days to order from my printer. If you prefer a different size, please convo for prices... the giclee process enlarges very well and looks more and more stunning the larger it gets. (Remember to consider matting and framing when you are deciding on the size you need for your space.)
