Can I place a bulk order of cards?

My shop carries 10 & 20 pack listings of pet sympathy, holiday and thank you cards. Several of my individual card listings include the option to purchase a 4 pack. Please contact me if you need something that's not listed in my shop.

Where are you located and how soon will I get my order?

All items ship from my Massachusetts home. I process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Please see each individual listing for processing times and estimated delivery dates. Delivery time* depends on your location, the method of shipping selected at checkout and how quickly the mail moves through the USPS system. Most first class packages are delivered within 7-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks. I can't guarantee delivery times. *Delivery time does not include my processing time. Please allow sufficient time to receive your order.

Is your shop pet free and smoke free?

My husband and I are non-smokers and share our home with our two cats, Jack and Rosie. My ready to ship items are stored in sealed plastic bins.

Wholesale availability

I do not offer wholesale pricing at this time but I am open to working with independently owned brick & mortar businesses.

Can you mail directly to my recipient?

Please contact me prior to ordering if you would like your order sent directly to your recipient. Please do not leave a note to seller at checkout as this may delay your order.

Can you customize a digital download?

No, due to the low price point and the amount of work involved in preparing files for Etsy, my instant download items are sold as is.

Can you create a custom order using an image of a popular character?

No, I have not purchased the rights to use any licensed characters or trademarked/copyrighted works on my items.

Can you add a custom message inside a card for me?

If you’d like a message printed inside a card please contact me prior to ordering so I can discuss it with you and prepare for your order. Special requests are considered a custom order. Please do not add custom request in the note to seller box at checkout without contacting me prior to ordering. This may delay your order. *Requests for offensive custom messages will be refused. This includes the use of profanity or vulgar or racist language.

Can I sell items made from your digital download?

No, my files may not be shared or sold. Printed items made from my files are for your personal, classroom or non-profit use or to give as gifts. You may print as many as you need but the printed item cannot be sold. Please respect the time I put into designing and preparing files and the artists who I purchase artwork from.

What shipping options do you offer?

My individual cards and bookmark listings include three shipping options: no tracking (least expensive), first class package with tracking and priority mail. If you select the least expensive option, Etsy will provide you with a number that's not a valid USPS tracking number. The number doesn't show accurate tracking activity most of the time, which is why I tell folks that there's no tracking. It's the most economical option and the majority of my orders arrive on time. The less expensive no tracking option is not available on my 10 & 20 pack card listings due to the size of the package.

Thank you for your nice review, Danielle! I so glad you’re happy with your order. Just to clarify for future buyers, single card orders are shipped letter mail without tracking. I always ship within 1-2 days but it can sometimes take up to 14 business days for delivery after its left my hands.
