I love supporting small businesses and it pains me when I can’t share a glowing experience. When the necklace came in, I was disappointed to see absolutely no lines from the footprint I provided. The shape is correct, but it doesn’t accurately reflect the photos on the site, or the footprint I provided. It could be anyone’s foot. I realize now, I should have asked for a proof before it went into production or chosen a company that provided one. That’s is my fault. Thankfully I was gifting the item, so they didn’t know what it was supposed to look like. Additionally, shipping is currently taking longer than usual, which I understand! However, when I reached out to the shop owner to see if they would help locate my package that was 3 weeks late, they told me it was my responsibility. I would expect a little more sympathy.
