Rinacreating is not responsible for the package once it has been marked shipped. If any package is delayed or lost in shipment please understand that is out of my control and you will need to contact USPS directly.

You will always receive an email with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. If for any reason your package gets lost in transit or you see it marked as delivered but did not receive it, that is unfortunately out of our control. Rinacreating is not responsible for items once they have been marked shipped, and we cannot be held liable for mistakes made by USPS. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, this must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving. Please make sure to send photo of damage and we will work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

Returns are accepted on a case by case scenario. If an order is accepted for return, it must be in the original packaging it was sent to show there was no usage of product. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return and will only be refunded the price of the product which does not include what was paid for shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This does not apply to custom orders.
