When you receive your wallpaper check out (on the flat surface) if panels match and notify me as soon as possible (within 14 days of the delivery) about any damage/problem - I will help you. Don't hestitate as after a long time I may not be able to reprint random panels or print additional ones, as there is always possibility that colors won't match with the previous order. Remember to read the instruction before application and follow the steps. Please handle the wallpaper gently to avoid any damage.

Please make sure that your measurements are correct before purchase and that the pattern really fit your needs. If you plan to wallpaper more walls - feel free to message me, perhaps a custom order will be best in your case. If you aren't sure the design will match your space or if the material will work on the surface you plan to cover, consider buying samples first to test qualities. We would like to avoid material waste, especially because of high costs of production and materials. For the same reason I don't accept returns. You can cancel order within 1 hour of purchase - please message me immediately, so that we won't start working on your order. If it's already printed I can't cancel the order.

You can order samples through the same listing as the pattern that interests you, by choosing option "SAMPLE" from the drop down menu. 1x sample measures 84x29.7cm/33"x11.7" and consists of: 1) a preview of the entire wallpaper 2) a fragment of this wallpaper in 100% close up, showing how big more or less will it be on your wall. Remember that size of pattern may vary for each size of the wallpaper. Sample's purpose is to test it's qualities: colors, adhesion (if you chose peel and stick), texture etc. Please DON'T BUY samples if you need to cover small area - it isn't suitable for this. Instead, message me and I will do a custom order for a small size.

Wallpaper samples can be ordered directly from the same listing as your chosen design by selecting the “SAMPLE” option from the drop-down menu.
Each sample measures 84 × 29.7 cm / 33" × 11.7" and includes:
• a scaled preview of the full wallpaper design
• a full-size close-up section to help you estimate the pattern scale on your wall
Please keep in mind that the pattern scale may vary depending on the wallpaper dimensions selected.
Samples are intended for checking:
• colors
• material texture
• print quality
• adhesion performance (for Peel and Stick wallpapers)
Samples are not intended for covering small wall areas. If you need a smaller wallpaper size, don't buy samples for it and please contact me for a custom order.

[IMPORTANT INFORMATION]
• Wallpaper dimensions are selected from the drop-down menu by choosing the width and height. For best results, I recommend ordering a size at least 2" larger in both directions than your actual wall measurements unless you are completely certain of the dimensions.
• If you need a custom size or wallpaper for multiple walls, feel free to contact me for a custom order.
• All wallpapers have a matte finish and are printed on flat material (not textured 3D surfaces). Metallic shades such as gold or silver are printed as matte colors and do not contain reflective or shiny effects.
• Actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to differences between RGB screen display and CMYK printing, as well as individual monitor settings.
• Listing images are for presentation purposes only and may not reflect the exact pattern scale. Pattern proportions vary depending on the wallpaper size ordered. If you would like a preview for a specific dimension, feel free to message me.
• Wallpapers are divided into panels, and the number and dimensions of the panels depend on the wallpaper width. If you would like to know how many panels your selected size will include, just send me a message. Please note that printing specifications may change from time to time.
• Wallpaper paste and additional spare panels are not included with the order.
• Proper wall preparation is very important for successful installation. The wall should be smooth, clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. Priming the wall before installation is strongly recommended, especially for plaster or drywall surfaces. Without primer, wallpaper adhesion may be reduced.
• Installation is not difficult, but for larger wallpapers it may be helpful to have another person assist during application. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
• Please inspect all wallpaper panels before installation. Lay them out on the floor to ensure the pattern aligns correctly. Minor overlaps may occur in some cases. If you notice any printing defects or difficulties matching the panels, do not install the wallpaper — contact me immediately or within 14 days of delivery and I will gladly assist you.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes and any other taxes that may apply in their country. Please be aware that customs tax (rate depends on a country) and a disbursement fee (around 15-17 USD) may be charged by a shipping company in countries outside EU, like USA, UK, Australia and Canada. I strongly recommend to research information about the taxes in your country before purchasing.
In case of customers from United States, a disbursement fee of 17USD and a duty of around 20% order value will be charged by a shipping company.
