· Here are some simple ways to keep your jewelry looking great! · Please store your jewelry in a dry place. · Allow your perfume or lotions to dry before putting on your jewelry. · You should not wear your jewelry in the shower, swimming, sauna, ocean. · Remove before bedtime. · I offer anti-tarnish bags and anti-tarnish tabs for storage for an additional fee - please contact me for information if you are interested.

· I do everything I can to create and ship orders out as soon as I can. · Please note the lead time to create your order. This does not include the shipping & delivery. · If an item is ordered that is incorrect or you want to exchange it- then it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return/exchange shipping and the cost of reshipping the order. · If you received free shipping this will not extend to reshipping. · If an item is returned by the US Post Office: 1) The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item back out again. 2) I am not responsible to redirect or ship an order out again if it is returned. 3) Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery because I do not have control over the USPS shipping

Returns- · Please note that all items are not refundable. · Personalized & custom orders are not refundable. · You must contact me first to see if the item is refundable. · If you order is approved to be refunded - You will have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item(s) back at your cost. · I will inspect the item prior to issuing a return. All items must be returned. Exchanges- · Not all items can be exchanged. · If you order is approved for an exchange - You will have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item(s) back at your cost. I will inspect the item(s) and create a new listing for the return shipping label to reship the item(s) back to you at the buyers cost.

Gift wrapping and packaging

· Soon to come - If you would like to have your order wrapped in gift paper please contact me and I will set up a reserved listing for you. I will have a small selection of gift paper available. There will be a fee for this added service. · All of my jewelry will arrive in a box tied with a ribbon or in an organza bag ready for gift giving.

Large Orders over $250

· Large orders over $250 (including sales tax) will be broken down to meet the Etsy Buyer/Seller Protection requirements. · I will verify the order with the client and discuss cancelling the order. The buyer will then place 2 or more orders under $250 (including sales tax) to fall under the Etsy Buyer/Seller Protection requirements. · Large orders will require a direct signature upon delivery.
