Can you make sure my cake topper will arrive by the party day?

You’re welcome to send me an Etsy message with your zip code, and I can check the USPS expected delivery dates for both Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. This is more precise than Etsy’s estimated delivery window because I can confirm the exact day your order will ship. Please note that USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, so I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date or offer refunds for postal delays.

What if I need my cake topper quicker than the delivery date shown on Etsy?

Please send me an Etsy message before placing your order with your zip code and party date. I’ll check the estimated delivery options and let you know whether Priority Mail is likely to arrive in time. If Priority Mail won’t be fast enough, I can also quote faster shipping options, such as 2-day or overnight shipping, when available.

Can Avalon Sunshine make a custom cake topper for me?

Yes! Avalon Sunshine is happy to customize wording and change colors based on the supplies available at no extra charge. If you’re trying to match other party supplies, you’re welcome to send photos through Etsy Messages. I can send back a photo of the paper colors I have that are the closest match. For custom designs, please send me a message with what you have in mind. Depending on the design, I may quote an additional custom design fee, or I may let you know if it’s not something I’m the best fit to create. Please note that I’m not able to make designs using copyrighted or licensed characters.
