At the moment we do not offer a gift wrapping service. Although we do offer a typed note to be added on the inside of our greeting cards for a small added fee. If you would like to send your card straight to the recipient we can do this free of charge, instead of your card being sent in a cello bag we put it straight into the envelope.

We have some listings that are personalised. We do not send proofs unless stated in the description of the listing so please add as much information as possible in the personalisation section. You can always message us too.

If we send an order within the timescales provided then we are unable to offer refunds. Please order in time as we are unable to control any delays once it has left us.

We will always try our best to stick to timescales stated and send items out by the date shown but sometimes this may not always be possible. If for any reason we need to increase the timescale time we will be in touch first. If we need to increase the timescale due to waiting for a reply from you, this is out of our control and the timescale will start from the day you come back to us if the information is imperative.

Delivery delays once we have shipped your order is out of our control and we are unable to open an investigation for missing post until time has passed. For UK customers we are only able to open a query with the Royal Mail 10 working days after the item was marked as sent and overseas orders we are unable to open a query until 21 working days have past.
