Custom and personalized orders

I would love to fulfill your custom order. We take pride in offering personalized and customized items, including full bridal party packages, to ensure your special occasion is truly unique. However, due to the extra work, personalization, and care involved in crafting these orders, we have established the following policy: Customized items and full bridal party packages are subject to change, including shipping dates. The intricate nature of these orders may require additional time to complete, and as such, shipping dates may vary from the estimated times displayed on Etsy.

While we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, please note that customized items and full bridal party packages may require longer processing times. Your patience is appreciated as we meticulously create and prepare your order to meet our high-quality standards. To ensure timely delivery for your special occasion, please leave your event date, whether it's a wedding or another significant date, in the comment section or through direct messages. Also be sure to choose the most appropriate shipping method. This allows us to prioritize your order and coordinate shipping accordingly.

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the return for standard items and 30% for bulk or personalized purchases/cancellations. All items must be unopened and in the same packaging. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are not covered by Royality Studio Designs. We don't accept returns or refunds on custom orders. We do not issue refunds for stolen packages. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Customer Service Response

We kindly request that you refrain from checking in frequently to inquire about the progress of your order. Crafting highly customized and personalized items or fulfilling bulk orders and full bridal party packages requires focused attention and time. Rest assured, we will communicate with you regarding the status of your order and any updates along the way. We respond to most inquiries within 48 hours. Our business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. *Due to the volume of orders during the wedding season there may be a delay in response.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND adding our upgrade to UPS listing to your order as they have proven to be more reliable. UPS Upgrade Listing: https://www.etsy.com/shop/RoyalityStudios?ref=seller-platform-mcnav§ion_id=2957018
