- Due to the time that it takes to design and create custom orders, once the order is placed, Custom Orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded.
- All customs orders must be paid for in full before production begins.

ALL custom orders are FINAL sales. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS on any custom orders unless the error is on my behalf.
