How long will it take to receive my order?

Skill and experience is required to make hempstone creations, the more detailed pieces will take more time and practice to get right. Every crystal jewelry here at Hempstone can take a minimum of 45 minutes to weeks to complete, from start to finish. It is a time consuming process, and my small team and I take great care to make sure your jewelry is always perfect! Most items are handmade and may take up to two weeks to be made before shipping (crowns and more detailed pieces may take longer). A tracking number will be sent to your email when your order ships.

How do I care for my crystals?

CRYSTAL CARE: It is important to care for your crystals. No matter if your crystals are made into jewelry or not--take care of them properly. Many believe that some crystals hold onto the energy they take in from you and their environment. It's a good practice to purify their vibrations on a regular basis, especially if you use or wear them often. Below are a few methods of cleansing: Smudging--using sage or similar incense; Moonlight--sit outside overnight (the full . moon gives the strongest vibrational energy); Sunlight--sit in sunlight for a few hours (some stones may fade with this method).

How do I charge/program my crystal?

CHARGING/PROGRAMMING: Write your intentions on paper. Light an incense or candle. Place the crystal in your dominant hand. Meditate, visualize, and chant your intention until you feel satisfied.

How do I care for my hemp creations?

HEMP CARE: Your HEMPSTONE creation will last much longer when kept as dry as possible. Although this is true, there are many who choose to wear their hemp jewelry continuously, and rarely, if ever, remove it. The longer you wear hemp, the softer it gets and one could describe it as more comfortable versus the initial coarse or stiff feeling it has on the skin; simply wetting slightly will help to soften the hemp.

How do I care for my copper creations?

COPPER CARE: Keep your copper jewelry clean by occasionally washing it with lukewarm, soapy water. Then, dry and polish with a soft cloth. You can also use a soft cloth to gently polish your jewelry using a polish.If your copper should tarnish, as copper naturally does, you can clean your jewelry using the following method to restore its original shine: Use table salt and vinegar - pour salt and vinegar over your jewelry and gently rub into the jewelry until any grime or tarnishing is removed. Rinse with water and polish with a soft, dry cloth. When your copper is not in use, store in plastic bags to slow the tarnishing process.

Are your creations water resistant?

It is not recommended to bathe, sweat or otherwise get your pieces wet. Some crystals do not react well with water.
