What if my item was received damaged?

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement of the Item. A new one will be made according to your order. You can not change the order for the replacement.

What if the item I received is wrong?

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the Item. I will replace the item.

Due to the Nature of Our Business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be Sure to double check that Your engraving Information is correct.

We ship the packages Monday through Friday. No shipment on Saturday. Standard shipping will take about 3-8 business days. There is a upgrade shipping options available during check out.

Return to Sender Pacakges

If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

All orders will be processed according to the notes in the order, The conversation we had in prior, does not reflect in your order. Please double check your notes before you place your order.

Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 2 days of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable. Refunds are also available if the package is "lost" in delivery. This means that the tracking says delivered, but the package was not received by the customer.
