How will my jewellery be packaged?

All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a free Niche Jewellery gift box with complimentary wrapping, so every piece is a gift - whether to a friend or loved one, or a treat to yourself. If marked as a gift, we'll also include a complimentary small gift bag!

What are the delivery options?

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders, in approximately 3-6 working days. This includes both processing and delivery time, but the delivery date is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. These orders do not need to be signed for. You can also upgrade to Next Day Delivery for a fee of £4.95, which will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and dispatched within 1 working day of order. Special Delivery orders must be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to receive delivery.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Sterling Silver jewellery loves to be worn and is meant for everyday wear. You can use a soft cloth to clean your Sterling Silver or gently wash it with washing up liquid then rinse, dry and rub with a soft cloth to shine. We recommend removing your jewellery for swimming/sport, showering and sleeping. Also avoid contact with perfumes, creams and chemicals. If you do not plan on wearing the jewellery for long periods of time, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container or jewellery box separate from other jewellery with the silica pouch inside the box.
