With An Etsy Account:
You must log into your Etsy account.
Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews

To the right of the order, click Download Files
Etsy sends a download notification email with a link
to download your files.
Please check your spam folder if you cannot locate the email.
Please note that you CAN NOT download a digital purchase

If you checked out as a quest, you'll find a link to download your
purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
