Etsy sellers have privilege of cancelling orders at their own discretion. Here: *I only sell on Etsy thru my shop VivianJoel.com I do not sell thru affiliates or Google ads which add a backside commission. *Asking for ship to different address after purchase. Make sure shipping address is correct prior to payment. Requesting change after purchase is a Fraud Flag. *Too many low reviews left for other sellers. Definitely you have the right to speak your mind. However, a history of low reviews is another thing entirely. Yes, I can see the reviews you leave for other sellers. *Minimum Order not met $10 and Under Policy *Shipping address is a warehouse for International buyers.

What is your return policy?

I don't take returns! Most returns are size related or buyers who miss reading description. Sizes are clearly posted, as well as a ruler measure is included in all listings. I'm also very particular about any defect, and those are mentioned, even so much so you may not even notice any flaw in person. Always click +more at bottom of listing! Take a little time in your own jewelry box, measure chains that look best on you for length, measure earrings that are you favorites for size and drop. Know your bracelet size!

What if I receive an item not as described?

I'm human, I can make mistakes - not often - but once in a while something can sneak by. Buyer who can send pics of issue are helpful. Issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Must contact me within 3 days of tracking delivery. Must return within 7 days of tracking delivery.

What if an item is damaged in shipping?

I take great care in shipping. I have successfully shipped since 2009. I ALWAYS use a box even for tiny items. I no longer use bubble envelopes. Additional items ship FREE and it is easy to fit many pieces in one box, so look around my shop, buy more! In the rare event of damage in shipping, photos of box and interior materials will be required. Must contact me within 3 days of tracking delivery. Must return with 7 days of tracking delivery.

I happily ship within 2 business days-sometimes same business day depending on the sale. I'm fast! Always with tracking number uploaded so you can track your purchase.

Items are wrapped in tissue, and shipped in a box. I can easily add a small note card. Many items / pins are priced low to send a quick ‘Thank You’ ‘Get Well Soon’ ‘Happy Birthday’ ‘Thinking of You’. Just make sure to change online shipping address before payment and then send a convo on desired card message! Easy done! And it gets shipped directly to recipient.

To International Buyers

No International shipping at this time. In addition, I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to forward shippers. Unfortunately there has been a rise in fraud, theft, and damage. Since I cannot be responsible for what happens with these intermediaries, I will no longer ship to them.

How about holds, layaways or reserves, delayed shipping?

Please understand I cannot honor these requests. To be fair to everyone and to those who like to buy when they see it, it would not be fair to have something on hold/reserved/layaway by someone else. Besides, I can't keep track of what I had for breakfast much less bins of reserve items. Please know I have to ship within 2 business days, my store is not set up for delayed shipping.

The $10 and Under Policy

I love pricing that makes items affordable to everyone. I love offering imperfects to be re-purposed or re-used and small items for a little cheer or pick me ups. Unfortunately, online shop fees and cost of packaging materials is not sustainable for items $10 and under. Not to mention the number of boxes ending up in landfills! Help me continue the fun pricing categories where my time ends up being Free! Help the planet too! Minimum order for items $10 and under is any 2 items in my store. I'm always listing more vintage items.
