The best and most reliable way to get an accurate ring size is to head down to your local jeweller for a sizing. Please leave the size details at checkout. We are able to accommodate non standard ring sizes, just get in touch with us. Charges may apply.

Please note we can't be held responsible for any additional costs due to incorrect ring size being provided. However, we would be more than happy to assist you with resizing of your piece. Postage and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. As each design is different, the charge will need to be assessed and quoted for each individual item.

Most of our pieces are very delicate and dainty, and as such need to be worn with care. To ensure the longevity of your piece, please take them off and keep in a safe place while you do housework, workout, swim, or do anything else that might damage your jewellery. Also try to avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and chemicals. We recommend you follow the guidelines found in the care guide provided with each order.
As per jewellery industry standard practice, all white gold is finished by being rhodium plated to give it a brighter, more 'silver' appearance. It is recommended that you have it re-plated yearly.

We stand by our work and offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.
The warranty includes:
Fixing of any manufacturing defects
Routine inspection, cleaning and polishing
Any necessary repair work and stone replacement will be quoted accordingly.

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, or theft.
Lost centre stones.
We highly recommend that you include your jewellery in your personal household contents insurance.
Warranty is voided if the piece is worked on by any other jeweller.

Most of our pieces are able to be made with 9K, 14K or 18K gold. Don't hesitate to contact us should these options not be available in the drop down menus. All of our metals are sourced from reputable and established industry suppliers. We do not make use of filled metals, or plated base metals such as brass or bronze.

Rose gold - this gorgeous metal has gained in popularity over recent years. There are some things to keep in mind when buying a rose gold ring - see our website blog post about rose gold so you can make an informed buying decision.

White Gold - As per industry practice our white gold is rhodium plated. Please let us know if you do not want rhodium plating.
Maintenance - white gold rhodium plating will need to be maintained

All of our pieces are custom made to order in our workshop. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to manufacture. We always aim to get your piece to you as soon as possible.

For rush orders - please let us know if you need the item in a hurry, we will try our best to accommodate you!

DOMESTIC
All items are sent with Australia Post Express shipping. This generally takes 2-5 business days. A signature will be required on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is with DHL Express Courier and generally takes between 2-7 days. A signature is not required on delivery.
International customs and import duties differ from country to country. Buyers are responsible for any CUSTOMS and DUTIES that may apply.

As all items are custom made to order we do not accept returns, so please choose wisely and feel free to reach out to us in case of any questions. We're here to help and guide you through the buying process!

For any eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping and customs charges. We cover shipping costs for faulty items only. Items must be returned with tracked shipping and required signature on delivery.

We strongly suggest that you insure the item as we cannot process any necessary refunds if the item goes missing in the shipping process.

We don't accept returns on custom or rush orders, engraved items, sale or payment plan orders.

Firstly, and most importantly, we want you to be absolutely in love and 100% happy with your jewellery. This is so important to us. We try our utmost to ensure that product images are as accurate as possible, please remember that colours may change on different computer monitors.

In most cases, we are able to customize our existing designs in terms of unique ring sizes and metal caratages. For an extra fee we are able to add personalised engravings to our designs. This is available at any time through the store, just purchase the 'engraving' listing. Engraving may only be possible on certain designs due to space necessary for engraving.

Depending on the design and availability of gemstones, we may be able to customize the number and type of stones.

50% is payable as a deposit, with the remaining 50% being payable when the item is complete. Full payment is required before any items will be shipped.
