Custom and personalised orders

Standard production time for personalised orders is 4 weeks (but can be made in 1 week in an emergency, please message me to check first). Presonalised orders are sent by FedEx, arriving in the USA in 1-3 working days, UK in 3-5 working days, Europe & Canada in 3-5 working days, Australia & Worldwide 3-5 working days

When you receive your papel picado banners please take them out of their box/packaging, open them up and lay them flat, ideally away from sunlight.

Import Tax for personalised / custom-made items is to be paid by you the customer.

How To Hang Papel Picado?

To hang your papel picado up; wrap the string at each end of the garland twice around a piece of strong clear sellotape, and stick to a wall/beam/tree/curtain rail/anything, or wrap around a tack nailed into a wall. Garland too long or too short for your venue? No problem! ;) You can easily make the perfect garland lengths for your venue with whatever length garlands you have bought: To make a garland longer; tie various garlands together at each end. To make a garland shorter; carefully rip off the flag at the position along the garland that you want to cut the garland down to. Cut the string down to the desired length. Now you can start a new garland with the excess you cut off, by tying it to the end of the next garland.

How Much Papel Picado To Order?

The more papel picado you hang, the more amazing your party will look! We recommend hanging them in rows, with gaps of 1m/3ft between each row. 1) Measure all the lengths of the different walls/beams where you'd like the papel picado to hang. 2) Add all these lengths together to get your Total Length 3) For a draping affect - add an extra 10%-15% onto the total (depending on how low you want them to hang). Quality item is great!! Second time ordering!!! Package it came in ,item got stuck on tape but didnt ruin the product. Just had to remove with care. All in all i lovw it.

Sorry about this, luckily it just looks like the tape was touching the plastic packaging that the papel picado is protected by. I will ask my shipping warehouse to be more careful in fixture. I hope they looked wonderful up.
