Weather, Your Cement Pieces and Basic Care

Each piece is sealed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, exposure to harsh conditions like direct sunlight, snow, or rain will eventually cause fading, peeling, or cracking of your cement products. When statues are placed outdoors, exposure to sunlight and weather conditions can cause normal wear over time. Painted concrete statues in direct sunlight may fade more quickly than those located in shaded areas. In regions where temperatures fall below freezing, it is advisable to bring statues indoors during the winter months.

Shipping is available within the United States. Orders are processed promptly and typically dispatched within the listing details. Please ensure that your packages are delivered to a secure location. I cannot assume responsibility for theft or loss following delivery completion.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging, take photographs, and contact me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Wrong Address/Unclaimed Mail/Return to Sender

You are responsible for providing the correct address. If your package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address or not being claimed promptly, you must pay any additional shipping fees to resend it. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, I will refund your purchase minus the original shipping cost.

Each piece is coated with an acrylic or enamel sealant to preserve its appearance and quality over time. Statues should be checked regularly for any damage and resealed when necessary.
