INSTRUCTIONS:
1. CLEAN AND PREP THE AREA USING ALCOHOL, A SPONGE, AND A CLEAN TOWEL
2. DRY THE REPAIRING AREA
3. INTRODUCE THE FABRIC PATCH INTO THE HOLE. (USE THE FABRIC THAT WE INCLUDE IN THE KIT/MAKE TWO PATCHES JUST A LITTLE BIGGER THAN THE DAMAGE
AREA/YOU MAY HAVE TO USE 1 PATCH INSIDE THE DAMAGED AREA AND THE OTHER ONE ON TOP. ONLY IF THE DAMAGED AREA REQUIRED IT.
4. APPLY THE FILLER INSIDE THE HOLE AND APPLY OUTSIDE TOO
5. REMOVE EXCESS FILLER USING A RAZOR BLADE OR THE WOODEN PALETTE FROM UP TO DOWN MOTION
6. USING A HAIRDRYER IN A CIRCULAR MOTION, GET THE REPAIR AREA DRY (BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THE AREA, YOU WILL SEE HOW THE LEATHER FILLER WILL TURN
CLEAR IN COLOR)
7. THE REPAIR AREA HAS TO BE COLD BEFORE PAINTING
8. TO GET A SMOOTH REPAIR, SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO APPLY THE FILLER IN TINY LAYERS (LIKE: APPLY THE FILLER THEN DRY IT OUT, THEN APPLY IT AGAIN AND DRY IT OUT
AGAIN TILL EVEN SURFACE)
9. I RECOMMEND NOT TO PUT HEAVY PAINT COATS, ITS BETTER TO PUT A LITE COAT OF PAINT, THEN LET IT SET AND DRY, AND REPEAT A 2ND AND A 3RD COAT.
( THE LEATHER FILLER WILL TURN TACKY OR STICKY, AND THIS IS NORMAL )

Was not a slow delivery, nor was it quick. When the package arrived, however, I admit I was rather disappointed in discovering that quite literally only half of the substance had been shipped. Photos taken with a light behind the container, still wrapped, display a half-full container. To ensure my sense of measurement was correct, I compared it in one photo to a glass container of the same size with 2 oz of water next to the received one. Mind you, it isn’t necessarily that I will need more—hopefully—than was received; it’s more that I feel as if I’ve been duped by paying full price and receiving half. You understand of course. Anyway, it was a great lesson learned at a small price in not doing business with your company in the future. I wonder how many others feel this way?

2oz of water can't be in volume as 2oz of steel, right? so, your bad review is because you fail in the chemistry class, please don't blame my product, but blame your common sense.
Disappointed there is not one iota of instruction as how to use product. Is useless to me at the moment
