*My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately

*I checked my tracking and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?
If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Shipped postage has been paid for and we can not refund these costs.
