Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Items must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt. We do not resell used or returned jewelry, there will be a 30% reprocessing fee for ALL returned jewelry. The 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount, not including the shipping fees. We will provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refunds will only be made to the product less the 30% reprocessing fee, and not the shipping cost. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please note gold-filled is a thick layer of gold over brass.
