Returns and exchanges for international orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. And shipping fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not include a receipt or invoice in the packaging, and comes gift ready. Every order comes beautifully packaged in our quality, charming pouch and mounting cards with inspirational quotes. Paid gift wrap option is available for a Tiffany style bow wrap on a box.

Even though our pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish free, it can still wear off with bad care. To maintain its quality, please: - Remove it when going to sleep, bath, pool, beach or spa. - Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. - Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, as they will do more harm than good. - Do not use polishing cloths, as they are for solid jewelry, not plated. It works by wearing the surface off, which we do not want to do on plated jewelry. - For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Do not use water. - Store in a cool dry place.

Lost items in the mail

Items being lost in the mail by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) is not our responsibility. Shipping is handled solely and directly by the carrier, and we unfortunately do not have any control over it. However, we would love to make it right for you, so please reach out to us if it happens and we will try our best to come up with a solution!
