Custom and personalized orders

Better Please send the photos you have with clear focus, good resolution, frontal faces, but if you have not it, send me what you have . I will let you know if your photos works or not, and in this case I will ask for more pictures. You can send photos separately, or together of each person and pet!

How long will my portrait take?

Your portrait will usually take between 1 week, but turnaround can be shorter if it's not busy or up to 2 weeks during peak periods. Please inquire before purchasing if you are trying to hit a major event or need it quickly.

Usually the size of my drawings are in 16 x 20 inches or 10 x 14 inches. If you need other size please let me know before I start my drawing . In the product description, you can choose the size of canvas or poster you want and make a purchase.

Printing tips and advises

I can print your portrait on canvas or photo paper. If you want to print the portrait yourself, you need to order only a digital version of the portrait from me. There are lots of creative ways to use your files! You can find closest printing centers online, they print from custom designs on stretched canvases, different kinds of paper, T-shirts, mugs, phone cases...etc. You can use your portraits to create greeting cards, wedding invitations, thank you cards, or use like avatar or profile picture. I can provide .psd,.png,.jpg files with any size you want. Contact me if you have any question

I would like to have a portrait with more than two pets. Is it possible?

Yes! I can create a portrait with more than two pets in it. Please contact me for more details and rates.

Can I ask for some changes in process ?

Upon completion of work, I can make 1-2 free edits if necessary ( small changes) My goal is to make you satisfied with the final drawing ! 😊

2. Send photos via Etsy message and tell me about outfit what you want. If you need a sketch, please let me know in advance.
3. Creating the portrait will take me 2-3 days.The processing time till the final product might take longer if revisions are needed.
4. Get your masterpiece and give it to your nearest people!

- Digital Download Option:

Digital file with high quality(300 dpi) will be sent to you via email, so that you can conveniently print it yourself at any print shop nearby.
Keep in mind that there's NO Physical Artwork mailed to you if ordering a Digital Download.

- Print Option (Poster, Canvas, ):

If you want to get a printed custom portrait, just choose the relevant material and size:

I had been considering buying one of these for a VERY long time, but was a bit apprehensive - I had seen some for sale that were obviously photos copied & pasted on, badly fitting, and to be honest something I could do myself at home! Eventually I plucked up the courage and put in my order. Within a week I had received the artwork - absolutely excellent, Nataliya has totally captured my two kitties purrrrfectly! I received it at work and couldn't stop smiling for the rest of the day! I can hardly wait to get it printed up and framed, for pride of place on my wall. Thanks Nataliya, great job!!!! :)
