Yes, wholesale orders are welcomed. Discounts and shipping costs will depend on the order (starting from ten units). If you are interested in wholesale order, please contact us in messages.

For now we do not make personalization, but if it's the only concern, feel free to contact me and ask whether we can find the way to make your dream come true. It will depend on an item you choose.

We provide our clients with gift wrapping FOR FREE. We do care about nature and about ecology. All your orders will be packed in recicled carton boxes (plates) or cotton bags (the rest of products), please feel free to ask for details.

TOYS

Wipe toy with a wet towel and then with dry one.
Please, do not put wooden toys in dishwasher.
If necessary, impregnate wooden toy with pure flaxseed oil.

PLATES

DO NOT put it in microwave, oven or dishwasher.
DO NOT boil or leave in water for a long time
USE only eco dishwashing liquid and warm water to wash the plate, use dry towel afterwards.
DO NOT put on the plate food that can color it (such as beet).

Be aware, because of COVID pandemic there can be shipping delays!
Seller is not responsible for delays unless the parcel was sent not in time mentioned in the order.
We use "UkrPoshta" or "UPS" to deliver goods to your country.
It takes 20-40 working days to deliver to Europe and 3-8 weeks to other regions, although it may take a bit longer to deliver to Australia, New Zealand, USA or Canada.
We do not consider any item lost up to 12 weeks. If you haven’t received your parcel within 12 weeks since the dispatch date and we got the confirmation from our post service that the parcel was lost, we will make a refund.
Please note, that the refund won’t be possible for parcels, which were received back and marked as unclaimed.
