We are a small business of 2 employees so please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship. If you purchase Priority shipping upgrade, allow the processing time for the order to ship.
Express shipping is available, please send a separate message after you order to alert us of the express shipping so we don't overlook it. Express orders will ship in 1 business day.

***RETURNS***
We do offer returns. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Unless the item is damaged, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost which is usually $3-$4.
CUSTOM ITEMS like laser cut charms that you have requested in your choice of custom shape/design are not returnable unless something is damaged.

***DAMAGED/UNHAPPY ITEMS***
If you are unhappy with an item or something arrives damaged or not the quality you expected...PLEASE message us. We always do our best to check for flaws in an item, but something could be missed. We would appreciate you messaging us with any issues before you leave negative feedback due to a damaged item. Please understand we are a small business of 2 people with over 650 active listings, there will be times something is overlooked.
