We use the address as shown on your order. If there is a case of non-delivery due to issues with the address not being correct, Blossom's Buttons takes no responsibility and can not issue a refund.

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, once items have been shipped I cannot change or cancel the order.

Please note that every item I make is unique and while I will consider recreating an item for a custom order there will be minor differences to the pictures shown in the original items listing.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect please let me know within 24 hours of delivery and please send a photo.
Personalised gifts cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. I try to edit the photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

I follow Royal Mail guidelines for ‘lost parcels’ and therefore can only refund or replace your order once the applicable time frame for delivery has passed and I can make a claim with Royal Mail.

For the U.K. - 10 working days after the expected delivery date (all orders are sent 1st class - the delivery aim is the next working day from the despatch date).

For International orders - 20 working days after the expected delivery date (the delivery aim is 5-7 working days from the despatch date).
