Of course! We all make mistakes and sometimes forget to add things to our order. If you do need to add additional items to an existing order please contact us and we will give you a code for free shipping.

We personalise all out items using vinyl. Our self adhesive vinyl is applied to all of our products and is very durable.

If you are ordering multiple items our shipping prices should combine and discount automatically at checkout. For example, if you are ordering flutes there is one fixed fee of £3.95 regardless of the amount of flutes you order. If you have any issues with this please let us know.

We do accept returns, even when the item is customised. But please bear in mind the buyer is to pay return postage on the item and is liable for any loss if the item is not retuned in its original condition. For more information on this please see our returns policy.
