Item "Lost In the mail"

While Artwork by AK cannot impact the US Postal Service and their delivery timeframes (which are now longer in certain areas, given Covid-19), we understand that sometimes thing just get lost in the mail. We hope you understand as well and realize this is not our fault. If your item's tracking information suddenly "stops" and doesn't show Delivered after 30 days from the shipping date, I will be happy to send a replacement or refund the lost item(s) (minus shipping charges). When your item ships you are provided a tracking number. You're encouraged to contact your local post office for any inquiries about the whereabouts of your package. In some cases it can be recovered by USPS.

Item shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it

Please contact your local Post Office with your item's tracking number for further assistance. Artwork by AK is not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" that cannot be located.

International Delivery Delays

With all of the current US Postal Service issues, shipments seem to be taking an unusually longer time to get through customs. For example, a recent shipment to Canada that should've only taken 2-3 weeks took 8 weeks. The same for a shipment to Hungary. As I'm sure you can understand, I have no impact over this, so please be sure you are giving yourself plenty of time when order items that are meant to be gifts and/or Christmas cards this year.

International Shipment Tracking Information

Etsy has recently applied a new shipment tracking method for international orders. As a result, tracking information is not available once the package exists the United States. This means I am unable to help you track your package outside of the tracking information provided. Please check with your local post office and provide them the tracking number for assistance.

Will all my items in my order arrive together?

Items such as shirts, coffee mugs, and pillow covers usually ship separately, with the help of my fulfillment partners. Paper items such as cards, prints, and stickers ship from my New Hampshire studio.

What are your current fulfillment times

Fulfillment times will change depending on season and vary item to item. When viewing an item and at check out, Etsy will always provide you with estimated fulfillment and delivery time -- I recommend you pay close attention to these dates and consider purchasing Priority shipping if needed. You may also reach out to me if you have any questions about timeframes.
