All items are custom handmade, it takes approximately 3-5 days for an item to be made.

How long does shipping take?

All shipments are sent via A1 Post, German company and takes approximately shipping to the USA 8-15 days CANADA, Australia 9-14 days Germany, Austria 4-7 days Europe 5-9 days * Please note that shipping times depend on the shipping company ("A1 Post” from Germany and the local post company in destination country), this is not under my control. In exceptional cases there may also be a further delay caused by local customs authorities or during high traffic seasons (e.g. Easter, Christmas, etc).

Do we accept returns?

All items purchased are final sale, no returns, no exchanges and no replacements.

How is the sizing done?

Sizing is done based upon the customers bra and pants size. On each item, it is required to enter the info before the item can be added to the cart.
