Custom and personalized orders

Typical turnaround time for custom orders depends on the items. It can range from 4 to 8 weeks after we receive your materials. **If you have an upcoming special occasion and need items quicker than the projected completion date, please let me know prior to placing your order. An additional rush fee will need to be purchased along with your custom order. I will do my best to accommodate your requests, but we have to know these dates before placing your order.

Treat all fabric pieces like you would your delicate clothing. If necessary, a mild detergent can be used and let the piece air dry. Do not soak/leave in water.

Standard shipping is through USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Larger items are shipped via UPS. Please make sure your address is correct, up-to-date and a deliverable address. Returned shipments due to insufficient addresses will result in additional shipping costs. If an insufficient address is provided we will be in contact with you prior to shipping. If no response by the completion date your order will be canceled. Marang Studios is not responsible for issues during shipments and mis-deliveries. Please contact me with any issues and I will certainly do what I can to help. I can not be responsible for another company's performance or lack there of.

Custom Orders - Payment and Shipping

Payment in full is due before custom orders (or any orders) will be completed. Once your custom order comes through, I will be in touch with all the details you'll need including how and where to ship your materials. Shipments to Marang Studios are the buyer's responsibility. Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States do not qualify for free return shipping. Additional shipping costs will be calculated and must be paid prior to shipping your order. Please contact me with any questions or for a quote.

Orders must be placed prior to shipping your clothing items or fabrics to my studio. No clothing items will be accepted without an order. Once your order comes through I'll be in touch within 24 hours with all the details you'll need, including how and where to ship your clothing items.

How to order -

1. Locate the article of clothing or material you'd wish to use. Clothing items that work the best are - button down shirts, men's ties, wedding dress trimmings, quilting cottons, thin denim, t-shirts or handkerchiefs. If you are sending just clippings, they need to be a minimum of 2 inches square per setting. If you are unsure about a specific fabric, just ask!

2. Once you've ordered and within 24 hours, you will receive an address to send your material to.

3. Once we receive all necessary materials from you, your keepsake will be created and photographed. You will be sent images of your finished piece and notified once it's ready to ship.
