Withdrawal rights or calling off periode for customer

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive which applies to my store, all customers have the right to cancel a distance contract order within 14 days from the day the purchase is received. The customer must inform the seller on its wish to cancel the order within the 14-day “cooling off” period. A cancellation form will be sent to the customer who can include it in the box while returning the item. The item must be returned (with tracking number and insurance) at the buyer’s costs within 14 days of informing the seller. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Item must be returned with all delivered accessories, unused, unworn and in the sold condition

Care instructions - General

Please ensure your vintage jewellery does not come into contact with sprays or liquids or damp environments. This will likely be detrimental to your item and may cause damage. Please ensure you store your jewellery carefully when you are not wearing it and avoid contact with other pieces of jewellery during storage to prevent rubbing and scratches to your piece. Care instructions - Silver Jewelry

It's important to rinse your jewelry well and to avoid spotting, dry your silver immediately with a soft tissue. Once cleaned and polished, silver must be kept dry and properly stored in a place without light.

Gift wrapping & Packaging

Your jewelry will come in a beautiful jewelry case, ideal for gifting or just for storing your jewelry safely. It will be posted in an extremely secure package to make sure its safe arrival at your door. If it's a gift, please leave a message and we'll print it on a gifting card for you and we will insert inside the parcel.
