Ordered this back in June and it has yet to arrive! When I contacted customer service, they told me the package had been lost so I asked for a refund and they said it’s not possible since item has been shipped. I guess it’s a “buy at your own risk” - you might receive it or you might not.

Hi Linda, I am very sorry but I updated you about the response from the shipping service and they still haven't been able to track your package. I send it with a tracking number so all I could do was contact the company who send it. I will call them again tomorrow.
